Hanna Andersson Recalls Children Robes Due To Fire Hazard

Posted on December 27, 2011

According to news sources, a recall has been issued for about 1,000 children robes sold through Hanna Andersson after it was found that the robes did not meet federal flammability standards.

The company, Hanna Andersson, announced the recall in cooperation with The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission after it was found that the recalled robes pose a burn risk to children due to them failing to meet federal flammability standards.

The recalled robes come in white fluffy fleece and are one-hundred percent polyester. The robes are also covered with large colorful dots and have “Style 38310 Hanna Andersson” printed on the neck tag.

Consumers should immediately take away the product from children and return it to the point of purchase for a full refund. For additional questions, contact the company at 800-222-0544.
